1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of palm oil and food items, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and opened.
However, if you receive a product that is:
- Damaged,
- Incorrect,
- Or not as described,
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Order canceled before it is processed or shipped
To request a refund, kindly email or call us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product (if applicable)
- A short description of the issue
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
In eligible cases (e.g., wrong item), we may offer an exchange or send a replacement at no extra cost.
